Super Sessions

These sessions are specifically designed for all those people with minimal time.  Super sessions are longer training sessions which may suit those with demanding work hours, someone who wants to start the week or weekend with an extra big training session, someone needing to physically prepare for an upcoming special event in a short amount of time, or a frequent traveller who is often away for long periods of time. 

NB:  Remember each super session is 100 minutes in duration.

Corporate Training

The Rock Ultimate Fitness and Mental Toughness Challenge

The Rock Fitness is also excited to offer Corporate Training packages for businesses and organisations. 

The Rock Fitness challenge outlined below is not for the faint hearted.  This form of training is built for teams of all backgrounds and fitness levels!  This program focuses heavily on working as part of a team, will power and maintaining determination and motivation. This is a life changing session for all that partake and is an investment for a company wanting to revitalise their employees.  Every employee/participant will receive a certificate of completion of the The Rock Ultimate Fitness and Mental Toughness Challenge.

Best suited to:

Business groups aiming to improve team cohesion and productiveness.
Professional sporting clubs/teams.
Military groups.

Outline:

Working in groups to carry different weights, relying on each other in several different fitness routines: boxing, Spin class and other team based initiatives.
